Do we provide a contract for services?
Yes, we provide a service agreement, but only for package purchases. Before we begin working on your case, we ask you to sign the agreement, which outlines the main terms and obligations.
When is the best time to reach out to us?
For students, the ideal time to contact us is September, a year before your intended program start date. This provides ample time for preparation, document gathering, and scholarship applications. If you reach out between January and March, the application is still possible, but fewer options will be available. For professionals, we recommend contacting us at least three months before your intended visa submission. If you’re unsure about which visa is best for you, we may need extra time to refine your professional profile before proceeding with the application.
What is Our Refund Policy?
At Beyond Borders, we strive to provide the highest level of service and transparency. Our refund policy is as follows: Consultation Fees: Non-refundable once the consultation has been completed. Full-Service Packages: If you decide to cancel before work has commenced, a full refund will be issued. Once work has started, refunds will be based on the proportion of work completed, minus a €100 administrative fee. Important: If you don’t receive your visa, we will continue working on your case until the visa is secured. Additional Services: Non-refundable once the service has been delivered.
